BBM Bikes has gone from idea to reality in less than six months.

In BBM's quest to continually improve customer service, the idea of creating BBM Bikes to supply bikes and wellness equipment directly to BBM Wellness seemed logical. Now it is functional, and delivering quality in an end-to-end service.

The BBM Group moved into their new premises this month, BBM House with the home of BBM Wellness, BBM Coaching, BBM Bikes and a satelite office for BBM Construction. The old Victorian Police Station provides a home to our new retail store, offices and theres room for further development.

I was one of the lucky ones:  I was on home turf and could sleep in my own bed.  Several of my clients didn't have that luxury, being stranded in various places around the world.  Lives were disrupted, budgets stretched and, often, tempers even more.  The situation gave all of us cause to pause...and to reflect on the glaring fact that despite our preference for being in control of our actions, there are times when it simply isn't possible.
