I have been using the online coaching service for a few months now and I have found the entire process, service and product to be very professional, efficent and above all invaluable in guiding me toward what my goals are and how I can achieve them.  The questionnaire clarified the areas where focus and work was needed and also what was important to me and where I needed assistance.  I found the coach approachable and responsive from the outset and it was a lot easier to open up my thoughts via email than probably I would have found face to face.  It was great for example not to have to wait for 'next weeks' appointment with my coach as I knew I would get a response within 24 hours.  I have never done any coaching before and the guidance of the coach I found invaluable as that is was where I had been struggling myself in knowing what to do next and how to go about it.  I am still in the early days of my coaching and other demands on my life have affected the frequency of my usage but my coach is ever present in my inbox and reminding me that they are waiting for me to continue.  The nature of the coaching being by email has also been useful as I have a form of 'minutes' of all our meetings and I can go over and review what has been discussed whenever I need to.  Coaching has proved an invaluable tool to me in my particularl area of need and what seemed before to be an insurmountable goal, after being broken down by my coach and guided to ways of achieving it, has become a lot more realisable.
