Program Options
We have three main programs available to you, with different levels within each program, depending on how you best like to interact with your coach:
1. Wellness Coaching
2. Lifestyle Coaching
3. Independent Access coaching for those who are independent of an employer and simply wish to have coaching sessions to "tweak" their current situation.
Methods which are common to all programs are:
1. Initial assessment: First you'll undergo assessment through completing an online questionnaire aimed at clarifying your current position and your intended targets.
2. Development planning: You and your coach will then crystalise those goals and develop a plan to achieve them, encompassing discussion of many topics listed above.
3. Anticipating needs: You'll put together tailored strategies to aid your training including anticipation of any potential "pits of doom". How often does a person start with all the good intentions to follow a health kick, only to have those intentions blown away by the first hurdle? Coaching will help you anticipate those hurdles and overcome them successfully.
4. Monitoring and support: Your regular contact with your coach will mean staying on track with your plan as well as access to that additional support when it's required. Additional support includes a CD and access to regular info-blogs and podcasts.
PROGRAM ONE: Wellness Coaching
Delivered as:

- Email with telephone or Skype support (up to two x 30 minute sessions per month)
- Bespoke coaching tailored to your preferences
Accessible to:
- Anyone whose employer has offered the program to them either through salary sacrifice or through full corporate cost coverage
- Anyone who is independent of an employer and wishes to access the program
This coaching program focusses on your fitness, weight management for sport and, if it's your interest area, participation or competition in sports. The coaching process will facilitate the speed at which you achieve and maintain your physical wellbeing, fitness and sports goals. Basically, coaching makes you more efficient at being fitter, faster, stronger and keeping it that way. Even the best athletes in the world employ the services of a coach for their performances - to keep them on track, focused and achieving faster... and to help them up after encountering challenge. You don't need to be a top athlete (or an athlete at all!) to benefit the same way.
Conducted online via email (with additional option of telephone support), the coaching program is designed to be used in conjunction with a gym membership or other sports-related activities. Coaching will likely include topics such as performance nutrition, nutrition for everyday, understanding motivation and goal-setting, understanding and using the link between personality and training styles, managing training loads, getting back on track after injury or other disruption and resilient recovery and relaxation practices. For those of you who wish to train for a specific event, topics may also include preparation for competition and the competitive mindset. (Please note that this performance coaching program does not include individual strength and conditioning training programs as these require you to be physically assessed face-to-face. Rather, this will enhance your adherence to your fitness behaviours and individual training programs).
Whether you're a serious athlete or simply someone keen to finally fix up their fitness, your coaching service means unlimited emails; response to emails from your personal, qualified coach within 24 hours (weekdays); information sheets; recommended reading material; CD for added exercises and material and, more important, your own "support team" to provide expertise, support, monitoring and encouragement.
PROGRAM TWO: Lifestyle Coaching
Although there is a degree of overlap between the Wellness Coaching and the Lifestyle Coaching, the focus for this program is on stress management, weight management for life, relaxation, career planning and enhancement, confidence development and/or enhancing relationships.

Lifestyle coaching topics will include.....
PROGRAM THREE - Independent Access
This coaching program is aimed specifically for those who wish to engage their online coaching support without going through their employer and are interested in topics beyond the scope of Wellness or Lifestyle Coaching. This may include, but not be limited to, executive coaching, coaching for decision-making, short term coaching for enhanced academic success or other related life coaching areas. Programs are designed based on individual need and the number of sessions required to meet that need, as well as your preferred method of delivery as detailed just below.
